Fresquez Companies is a people-oriented, innovative and family-owned food service organization with a commitment to bringing high-quality food, products and smiles to our guests. We take great pride in everything we do and strive for excellence and consistency.

With 21 restaurants and 16 brands in New Mexico, Texas and Colorado, we are a team of passionate, creative, courageous and loyal individuals that aspire to provide an authentic and impactful experience to every person we come in contact with — whether that’s our guests, team members, partners or community. We advocate for the inherent value of every single team member and partner — and through partnership, support them in achieving their goals.

Fresquez Concessions

In the Albuquerque International Sunport, Fresquez Concessions operates; Schlotzsky's, Rt. 66 Lounge, Comida Buena, Tia Juanita’s Pronto, Watch! Sports Lounge, La Trattoria, Panda Express (Licensee), Tia Juanita’s Full Service, Black Mesa Coffee Co., and Rio Grande Brew Pub and Grill. In El Paso, we operate a Quiznos.

Fresquez Productions

Fresquez Productions Inc was founded in 1992 and has produced over 200 events featured on Showtime, ESPN, NBC, CBS, Fox, Telefutura, Univision and PPV. In recent years, Fresquez Productions has focused on promoting World Champion and pound for pound boxing queen Holly Holm.

In 1976

Lenny and Linda Fresquez turned their dream into a reality by opening their first Arby’s restaurant and founding Fresquez Companies, we’ve added flavor to our community through our love of food, people and culture.

We’ve served hundreds of thousands of people throughout the Rocky Mountain region of the United States and beyond. We are dedicated to supporting our community and their happiness, prosperity and well-being beyond our restaurants through service and charitable giving. Year after year, we continue to give back to important causes and reinvest in communities that are dear to our hearts including children’s education, economic and cultural development, homelessness and the arts.

The people we’ve employed, served and collaborated with for almost 4 decades have impacted our lives and businesses tenfold. Our team members are a huge reason why we are so successful and ever-evolving and growing. They’ve allowed us to become the company we are today —and we believe they are going to play the biggest role in our future and evolution.
