1. Agenda
It is crucial to use time efficiently. Agendas help you keep track of time and items you need to address before the end of the meeting. In your monthly review form, there is an Agenda that you can follow to get things started.
2. Make it personal
Not all ideas will be yours, but it is important that you take the ideas from your team and treat them as they were. This means that you must try to support them, analyze potential challenges, and use your creativity to make them flourish.
3. Be a great listener
As a moderator, you understand the importance of keeping your statements concise. Moderators are meant to facilitate, not dictate. A great moderator knows when to pause and allow others to speak. More importantly, a great moderator is a great listener. Always take the time to listen and refer back to what participants mentioned throughout the round table.
